The property development segment of the Group is operated through its subsidiaries Altius Ltd, Fortius Ltd, and Citius Ltd.
The first building erected by Altius Ltd is the Altima Building, with 7 levels, in the Ebène CyberCity. Leading banking institutions, such as Barclays Bank Plc and Deutsche Bank, feature among the tenants. |

More recently, Altima completed its second building, Ebène Heights, which now houses tenants in the like of Regus Business Centres (Mauritius) Ltd, a member of the Regus Group Plc, Bramer Asset Management Company Ltd, a member of the BAI Group of companies, and Pivot Ltd, a member of the African Alliance investment banking group.
The GROUP is also in the process of completing its Citius Project on lot 31 of the Cybercity. |

The first 2 buildings were sold to the National Pensions Fund in late December 2010. The Citius building project has been earmarked for sale in various lots. The GROUP is now considering further prospects for commercial developments at St. Jean, bordering the motorway, adjacent to the ellyptical building of the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd. |
