The Citius Project, the latest enterprise of the ALTIMA GROUP, was completed in late 2010 and sold in various lots to freehold buyers.
The building, which sits on lot 31 of the Cybercity, just opposite of Barclays House, houses 5 levels of offices, each of approximately 880 square metres.

Among the buyers, the MCB has acquired the ground floor for its new retail branch, which features a modern design, as well as a coffee shop. KPMG has also moved its headquarters to the new building.
The building has been designed to be energy efficient and to ensure a minimal wastage of floor space. Moreover, given the growing problems of parking in the CyberCity, Altima Group has catered for around 150 parking bays on the adjacent lot 32. |
